I appreciated a well designed hotel that fits the surroundings. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. I stayed in the Agdal Prestige King Suite Balcony Mountain or Pool View, it was spacious. The heated pool was very lovely. My children had a fantastic time in the kids' club. The hotel had a very family friendly atmosphere. I will definitely return here. The hotel provides excellent five star service. The team members are very polite and helpful. The housekeeping team was amazing. The pool was also fantastic.
I found that the windows were not soundproof, a bit of a distraction.

mixed experience, some issues with service and room quality

worn room street noise
the heated pool was acceptable and provided a relaxing experience.
The room i received was not up to standard for a supposed five-star hotel. it was worn and seemed more akin to a four-star hotel. Cleanliness was not consistently maintained. i also found the noise from the street quite disruptive in my room.

helpful staff prompt arrangement missing coffee incorrect charge
The staff was friendly, Rida at concierge helped arrange a hot air balloon trip promptly. Boujala at the pool lounge was very responsive. I appreciated that.
Cleaners did not replace coffee in the room. I asked repeatedly, but it never happened. Later, I got charged for items I did not have. That was disappointing.

The breakfast was fantastic. I especially liked the fresh juices and pastries. The pool was also superb. There were many guests, but we were well spread out.
The staff was not good at handling guest concerns. I asked for directions to the old town market, and the staff recommended a horse and carriage for an hourly rate. At the end, the driver could increase the price.

Farah is an AMAZING host. She was very kind and professional. She was ALWAYS helpful, a SUPERSTAR!!! The breakfast and dinner buffet are the best I have ever seen. The selection on offer was insanely generous and diverse.
The staff are not good at handling guest concerns. Their problem-solving skills. For my last day, I asked for directions to the old town market and the staff recommended the horse and carriage for 200MAD. At the end of the tour, we found out its actually 200MAD per hour.
